I’m a 31-year-old woman from Pretoria. I come from a small family with my mom, dad, and younger brother. I was raised with love, good values, and an appreciation for the simple things in life.
HOW DID YOU GROW UP?
We lived in a peaceful neighborhood where everyone knew each other. My childhood was filled with street games, long talks with friends, and a lot of outdoor time. My parents always encouraged curiosity and creativity.
WHAT ROLE HAS FASHION PLAYED IN YOUR LIFE?
Fashion has always been my form of self-expression. From a young age, I loved experimenting with outfits and colours. It wasn’t about following trends, but about telling my own story through clothes.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Minimal yet impactful. I prefer clean lines, timeless pieces, and accessories that make a statement. Comfort is key, but I still want to feel powerful in what I wear.
WHO INSPIRES YOU?
Women who live authentically and own their uniqueness. People like Zozi Tunzi and Basetsana Kumalo. They have presence, elegance, and purpose.
WHAT'S A BIG PERSONAL CHALLENGE YOU'VE OVERCOME?
Learning to believe in myself. I’ve battled self-doubt, but through life experiences and surrounding myself with supportive people, I’ve grown more confident and self-assured.
HOW DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO SEE YOU?
As a woman who is true to herself, kind to others, and unafraid to take up space.
